Create an extraordinary sketchbook focusing on drawing from observing things in nature combined with a variety of collage materials. We will meet in the Duval Studio in the McLean Community Center and explore many places both indoors and outdoors. Campers will explore perspective, contrast, shading and color working from a variety of sources both natural and man-made. We will be looking for elements of art including color, form, line, shape and space, as well as the organizing principles of design.
