Week 4: Surrealist
July 19 – July 23, 1-4 pm
$260/$245 MCC resident
This camp is perfect for our campers with large imagination, and creativity, as The Surreal art movement is all about creative expression. Students will learn about the Surrealist movement, and look at works by Salvador Dali, Frida Kahlo, and other pioneers of the movement. Campers will create artworks that could only exist in their dreams through 2-D and 3-D means. Instructor: Nathan Johnson
Campers should bring a snack, and water. If attending a full day, campers should also bring lunch. Please no nuts.
The safety of our campers, staff, and community is at the forefront of our minds as we redesign our in-studio camps in this new environment. Please review our Health and Safety Guidelines. Campers and guardians must follow these guidelines to participate in MPA in-studio camps.
Thank you to our 2020-2021 corporate and community sponsors.
