Drop-in session, $20
SESSION SCHEDULE:
4/18: Mix of gesture poses and long poses. Ranging from a few minutes to an hour.
4/25: Quick Gestures. Finish with long 30-45 min. pose.
5/2: One Long pose for the whole session
5/9: Mix of gesture poses and long poses. Ranging from a few minutes to an hour.
5/23: Quick Gestures. Finish with long 30-45 min. pose.
5/30: Mix of gesture poses and long poses. Ranging from a few minutes to an hour.
6 sessions @ 3 hrs, $100/$90 MCC district residents
